I also sold my PS4 to grab an Xbone last month. I picked up the Madden edition Xbone, and have't looked back. The PS4 is a great system, but I prefer the Xbox controller, upcoming exclusives, and overall presentation.

I got the Madden bundle from Target with a $35 gift card. I'm happy, but you will do much better around the holidays.
The console is not that big, and is actually better looking than the PS4, in my opinion. The PS4 looks like a crooked binder. As far as the hard drive goes, you can buy an external HD and hook it up to the Xbone. That will solve your storage problems. Anymore fanboy bitching?
I had a PS4, and sold it to buy an Xbone. I had both systems last gen, but now have less time for video games, so one will suffice for now. I think they are both great systems, but in the end, the Xbone has 2 Halo games coming in the next year, and I really prefer Xbox live to PSN, and also the Xbox controller is more comfortable in my hands. The PS4 just didn't impress me very much. I don't really understand what you are saying about the servers being garbage. I find the online experience a little bit better on Live than I did on the PSN. I know COD lagged terrible on PS4, but it seems fine on the Xbone.
I really liked Halo 4. I thought it had everything that Bungie offered in their games. The multiplayer was great, and so was the single player. Bungie is just one of those developers that has a following of loyal fans. 343 could put out the best Halo game ever, and Bungie fans would still bitch about it.
I simply don't think I could get an Xbox one even if I tried. There's no more room in my entertainment center and I have a PS3, PS4 now, and a 360. The thing is just too big. And I don't like the name, Xbox One. It's not the right name. They are going to have to release a TON of better exclusives than PS4 to win me over. Because for all multi plats, I'm going PS4. So while Halo 5 and Gears may be ok, and Sunset looks noble, they are gonna have to come out with at least 5 times more good stuff than that that I actually can't resist. I mean, you can't buy every system. So if I ever did get an Xbox one, it looks like it won't be for a few years and that is best case scenario.
It's really not that big, and as far as liking the name or not, who cares what the hell it is called, it has some great games to play on it.
I think the console itself looks classy. As far as the power brick goes, the Xbone runs very quiet compared to the PS4. The PS4 fan is very loud when it kicks on to disperse the heat. It sounds very violent.
