Remember when Gamespot shut down multiple threads about different topics? These topics were all about the same game but some had different points of view . Why doesn’t Gamespot hold themselves to the same standard?

Sony lost to another console that is from Japan so not really the same thing, plus the Switch is a handheld hybrid so also not really the same. Also did you say Crackdown 3 wasn't really hyped? Nintendo was the best. Who screwed up an easy layup? MS that's who. How can you be that predictable and boring when running unopposed. Sony did just as well without being anywhere near the show.

@tdkmillsy: They teased a console reveal the day before their conference. People knew it would be there in some capacity.

I think the difference between the Project Scarlet reveal and PS5 reveal is that MS actually teased about Scarlet. We had expectations going into that E3 that we were going to see a new console out of them. PS5 was just a random day interview that popped up online with no expectations from anyone. MS just didn’t deliver the goods with this one.
