it was three lights, and it's been working all day. Weird. I'm passed the warranty period; it was purchased 6 months after release, so it puts me passed the three years. so is it worth me holding on to?
Because this forum is so long, I didn't have time to go through every page, to find out if this had been asked; but my question is this: has anyone had the RROD then turn off their machine only to have it run properly again? I plugged in my Rock Band guitar, turned my 360 on and BAM; RROD. I had been playing games for a couple of hours prior to that. I tried a few things, went online and nothing worked. So I left it alone for ten minutes powered it on and no rings. Turned it off, turned it on, and RROD. I then left it off overnight, turned it on using the guitar again and it works. Am I going crazy or is this a sign of things to come?
I think OCD isn't an actual disorder; I just think everyone has a habit or two. But I'm totally with you on the games, dvd's, and cd's. I alphebetize them, I have to have the case and manual with it. I bought Lost Odyssey for $15.00 cdn (it was mislabelled) and it didn't have the manual. It still drives me nuts to this day. One other thing I do is have the disc upright so when I open the case, I can read the label... I know, I know....
