Just got Pole. Need boss help now

Okay I have been playing Demon Souls for awhile and im level 99 on my second playthrough. I can't get the Phosphorescent Pole :/. If someone has this weapons or can help me get this weapon i will be really grateful. 
I also need help with the Boss Fights on this game. 3 more Thropies to go and i need help bad.

its better to get someone off of xbox cause i need someone to add me if they do.

The System for achievements is alright. BUT the ability to get rid of nasty games you will never finish or accidentally had a friend get on and play would be nice to have option in getting rid of it at a price.

I for one find no problem in paying... GET A JOB if you complain about money lol.

I earn the achievments, and if i want to pay a little money out of my pocket to fix them then i should be allowed. Microsoft does not have to even do much to update this...

All it is is the configuration of system setting, then re unlocking the Game History Achievment setting and allow it to be accessed by the user after a series of obstacles to answer. (passwords and questions)

The reason being is that there tons of perfectionist. AND I KNOW people hate it when a game shuts servers down, or the game does not exist any longer and its impossible to get achievements.

The Sense of this in not the price of it, that is negotiable, but the fact that is should be allowed is what im getting at. There is a whole site dedicated to achievements people (trueachievements) So tons of people care enough.

But the problem is, is that when someone plays a game and knows they can't beat it, they don't want to regret playing it. or if something goes wrong and you got achievement offline what can you do?

Hack? That is what people turn to and that is just wrong.

For you people that don't care about your achievements have fun then, i have fun getting them and fun getting all of them. But personally i strive for a good looking list of accomplishments.

Okay i know everyone is fed up with achievements being a major problem to them because things like "Offline achievments, or you dont like this game, or its way to hard for you".

What needs to be done is that microsoft generates the ability to delete your achievements at your own whim. For one this will solve a lot of people from hacking for their achievments because they hate looking at incomplete games and that stupid no date next to it.

Personally i have games i got offline, and game i can never ever get again so im just wishing i could start off clean since i tried so hard to earn them and just get rejected.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.

Microsoft needs to set up a option for deleting a game achievements and history of the game clean from profile. The method of going about it should cost maybe 1k MS points to do it, and you must enter all of your data

Example: Gender, Age, Birth date, Name, last name, & even questions that only you would know (security passwords), and a password.

This would eleminate the fact someone can Hack your profile and delete all of your stuff, because this would hold them back.

This is a lot to ask but there is no reason to deny the players their craving for a perfect score. The whole point is to strive towards perfection, is there anything wrong with that? I for one wish for a change to be made in the world of Xbox and this needs to be looked at with open eyes as to "IF THIS CAN BE ACHIEVED"
