Interesting. I liked hearing the writer's perspective. I now see what they were trying to do. It's much more than sadism now.

I had some good hopes for this game when they released the first pictures and trailer. Then I played the demo and that was just awful. Maybe if they release a patch to let you play with the RE5 system, it would improve significantly (camera, combat, etc.) but that would be way too much work and the game probably just wouldn't work anymore. Maybe next time.

If I had a penny for every time a fanboy commented asking for a FFVII remake, I think I would literally be crushed to death under the weight of so much metal. We all know the old games are good. We all know the new games are different, and different is scary. No one cares either. I'm gonna be getting this game. I love old AND new FF. Excuse me while I enjoy and appreciate Square's work and not whine incessantly.

@abHS4L88 @Suikogaiden Exactly. Look at the DS. You're not looking at both screens simultaneously. It's the same concept, but on a grander scale.

Interesting. I'm excited to see how this turns out. XIII-2 was really good. Worlds better than XIII. If they keep refining the formula, they've got the definitive new Final Fantasy game. I think Square is finally getting their groove back.

Really considering getting the "We Are Tekken" edition. Can't wait for Tag 2.
