Does anyone else agree that this game didn't give you enough information about the characters backstories? Like it never gave you much of an insight to who Lara is as a person. I wanted to know more about her. Who are her parents? How do they feel about her going on this trip? (I think it mentioned her father being dead though). So how did Lara's dad die? I just wanted to know more about the characters and their origins. They should really explain more about Lara's personal life in the next games. Or what Crystal Dinamics should do is make a prequel sometime in the series where maybe you play as Roth or Lara's dad.

I'm not sure who the voice actor is, but I love her accent, and she does a great job adapting her voice over the course of Lara's journey from innocent girl to confident explorer. I remember the developers saying they wanted to focus more on Lara's face instead of her "assets," but the voice is also what really nails it for me. I can tell they put a lot of effort into making Lara seem human, unlike the trend for some heroes to remain emotionless/quiet, like Gordon Freeman, or some Call of Duty games.

After having just played Bioshock: Infinite and never getting to appreciate what Frank DeWitt looks like other than on the cover and promotional art, it's nice to see a hero in Lara we can visualize, listen, and relate to.

Everytime I hear her voice, I want to hug her and tease her.

Best games ONLY for the Xbox (in my opinion):

-The entire Halo series; I prefer Halo Reach and Halo 4

-Gears of War 1,2,3 (I haven't played the prequel yet)

-All Fables!! :)

-Mass Effect 1 is only for Xbox, but I can't say that withought including the other 2 games

-Alan Wake OMFG! SO GOOD.

I think they're only real brilliant games I've played for the Xbox 360. I'm sure there are many more.

Lol 65% complete in three hours. what a liar. i never played far cry 3 (looks awesome) but tomb raider is MUST PLAY ill tell you that much

I hate the MP too. I don't know what you guys dislike about it, but for me, it's too laggy. I'm not sure if this is the case for other people, but every single game I play, it lags from beginning to end. I'm pretty sure it's the game's fault because I actually have a good internet connection. My other games like Halo 4, Black Ops 2 and Mass Effect 3 run fine online, with hardly any lag at all. But Tomb Raider seems to be unplayable for me. There is also not enough game modes.

I'm disappointed because I thought I'd be able to spend heaps of time on this game. I've already finished the SP, and I was hoping to kinda be addicted to the MP. I guess not. I might just replay the SP on the harder difficulty. SP also needs way more optional Tombs.

I don't want to be too pokey, but I dislike how you said "G@y" instead of gay It's just another word. Would you ever spell "straight" as "str@ight" on the title of a forum? Probbaly not. The title basically tell me that you look at gays in a different, when they're actually just people.

I would like to live on after I die, but the concept of never dying kinda scares me..

Sorry for the late reply. "Stop making atheism and religion threads on here?" Firstly, this is the first one I've made and the first one I've even seen. Because you're saying this, I take it that there are a lot of these threads, but I'm actually new to the forums and had no idea. So please be a bit more open minded before you start throwing accusations. Thanks. :)
