I preferred the Super mario World cartoon.

Can't speak for PSVR specifically but VR is pretty wild as is the VR p0rn. It's weird when you should be physically feeling something but don't but some of those 4k, 360 degree video's really trick your brain to the point you can't help but reach out. It also feels a little weird to walk/run in a game as you are sitting down, I noticed the most when strafing but got used to it. Has that butterflies in your stomach feeling when you quickly go up then down a hill in a car. I could not handle the giant swing demo. Even though I know it's not real, I can't help but death grip my chair and I quickly end up taking off the headset. Adr1ft is pretty freaky, that distance between you, the earth and broken pieces of your ship can throw you for a loop. Movies on the big screen mode are good, you can curve the screen, have it right up to you..etc. I assume PSVR will be very similar experience except a little lower resolution and FOV.
VR is the shiznit though, just need some top shelf games for it. Wish Deus Ex: MD had an option for it.
if you can get the chance, play EVE on the Oculus Rift, you sit as your character is sitting in game, the immersion is amazing, while you are looking all around in 3D space while also maneuvering the ship around, it is a bit disorienting and I love it.
I have the LE console it's pretty cool, the design of the controller is cool enough, although the metal earth figure that comes with the console is a pain in the ass to assemble
I love the design of both the console and controller as well. I'm not even going to mess with that metal earth figure.
went with the LE console, as I plan to wait till scorpio comes out, now is that another Xbox one or a brand new Xbox console?
I tried it just the other day, demo'd that battletank game or whatever it's called, game was fun and I enjoyed it, but the resolution was a bit low, was pretty blurry though I probably could have adjusted it better over my eyes. Also I have the CV1 oculus Rift which is also blurry, though compared to that demo its an issue with my Rift, I also admit the PS VR was more comfortable to wear, I have it preordered and plan to keep it as I want to try all the exclusive PS VR games.
The best buy in Atlanta has both demo for Oculus Rift and Playstation VR, I already have the rift but have the PS VR pre ordered, it was kinda blurry when I played but it was more comfortable than the oculus rift. I'll stil be getting it for the exclusives.
went ahead and ordered the halo 5 limited edition, it won't be around long and if so the price will sky rocket, I found one new on Amazon from Amazon for $300. I'll skip the Xbox one S and wait for the Scorpio.
So I'm looking to pick up a flight stick for my PC, mostly to use with the Oculus Rift for games like Elite Dangerous and EVE Valerie, and other simulators down the road. I'm looking at the Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog Joystick, it's on sale for $399 through new egg and includes thrustmaster rudder pedals with purchase.
To me they seem a little complicated but I hear that the games I want to play with have built in profiles with this equipment. Anyone have any feedback on this joystick?
Now that VR is coming around on multiple platforms, Rift, Vibe and PS VR, wondering if we'll get an official VR forum to post to so we can find friends to add to our Rift friends list and ect.
