@Mr_Mark_Legion That's odd considering what a drastic improvement this game is and how differently it plays than SR3.

@turnerdoc The game is surprisingly closer in tone and has far more throwbacks to the first two Saints Rows than you'd expect.

@KeenoControl @Pilgrim117 It actually did sell pretty well. They just closed it down because they had insanely unrealistic expectations.

@AzoroFox- Despite re-using some assets, the game looks and performs significantly better than SR3 (on PC at least). They manage to make the city feel fairly fresh and different. And the game plays significantly different and better than SR3. It has far better pacing, far more fun missions and activities, and far more variety that SR3. It has a much better story and characters as well.

It's a new game whether you want to admit it or not.

Glad to hear it's doing so well. It really is a good game that rights almost all the wrongs SR3 did.

@maitkarro @r_ruiz6047 Saints Row 2 is the best one so far. It had nice pacing, the most customization, and by showing restraint with the silly, over the top segments it made those segments more meaningful.

@xanthan1 @cvbz It isn't an interactive narrative because you can't interact with the narrative. It's a pretty good story with great presentation sandwiched between awful, tired, boring third person cover shooter segments.

@PosiTVEMinD355 "What's with this "ugly visuals" Shit?"

The visuals are ugly as sin and it looks like a shitty flash/iOS game.

"Its a fucking platformer! "

That has nothing to do with anything. Tons of platformers out there have some of the greatest art styles.

"You all wanted indie games right? Well here you go. Its actually quite good and the visuals might not be "realistic" but they are smooth as hell."

No one said the visuals needed to be "Realistic" to look good. Since, you know, something doesn't have to look realistic to look good.
