kinda lost that opportunity with the IAP-Freemium-pish that was Godus.
"Curiosity" was when a blood vessel popped ruining any further creative value to gaming.
Even going back to Black and White 1 & 2, both were great ideas but tedious after awhile trying to get your virtual monkey to do anything you ask. Found myself slapping him a lot. Nothing like slapping a monkey.
Walk into the room seeking answers to VR wondering if it is nothing but media hype, but come out believing VR is as good as they say. As opposed to religion where you walk into a church looking for answers and come out looking for answers. Bottom line, VR is more reliable and has an instruction manual with factual data.
Personally I cannot reccommend Legends of Grimrock for the PC enough. It's £10 and harks back to one of my early RPG favourites - Dungeon Master. Fiendish puzzles, tough enemies and for an indie game is one of the most refreshing first person games to come out for awhile. I don't tend to write reviews, but for me this a wonderful piece of gaming. It's a pity Gamespot haven't reviewed or commented on it as it really deserves some attention.
always appreciate the user comments and was just wondering if anyone had seen all the player reviews on metacritic. Really rather hated by the people writing. Whether it's just a mass joke (no pun intended!), I just wondered what people who have bought it thought of it so far and if you'd looked at metacritic?
