To hell with a woman playing the role. No god damn Indiana Joan. Come up with a new character or make a good Lara Croft movie. We don't want Jane Bond, Indiana Joan or Jenny Bourne. Create new female characters.

My biggest problem with the Epicstore is they never passed the extra money they are making via the store onto British customers with Exodus. Price should have been closer to £43. In the States they recognised this with their customers.

I never played the first one and recently I've been playing Warframe which I'm enjoying due it's variety in game types from relic finding, sorties, giant beasts on the plains, even fishing, all of which I can do with other people forced together in groups if i choose.

So far in Destiny 2, which i downloaded for free, it's been mainly a solo game as I'm terrible at PvP. Theres a few alerts but more often than nought this has been solo, or with a someone who happens to be in the same spot. Even then it feels disconnected, no communication or a feeling we are really working together.

I'm only level 15 and raids will apparently be available later, it just feels like a solo space shooter at the moment with some nice cutscenes.

It's ok but does seem lacking in creating a great multiplayer game.

One of those games where I will happily disagree. Horrendous is one word I would use. Voice acting from androids had me looking for the volume off control. Music is like a Teletubbies recording. Child like and horrible in every sense.

I happily failed a side quest in order to kill the idiot dildo shaped child robot.

Boss fights are just tedious. Traversing the map is ridiculous and boring.

Some novel ideas such as the shift in camera but I ended up cursing that when trying to retrieve my body. The camera shifting made it hard to find it whilst being attacked.

@i_noseworthy @Peazo I can see your point and it does raise tension, but for my tastes, I prefer to save it when I want. Happy to have the scare and dialogue once! :-)

@himoura32 Surprisingly no. I am the first to admit that I jump out my skin at many horror games, but for some reason this one didn't scare. Very tense, hiding in corners, but no real jump factor. Kinda glad on that front as don't have the same tolerance for the horror these days.

6 was a fair score for me. Huge areas of restarting engines and flicking switches. As for that horrible console mechanism of specific save locations. Completely drops the atmosphere if you die and have to repeat a section. More frustrating than enjoyable. I haven't found it scary in the slightest which is a shame. I found Amnesia to have better atmosphere. As for any comparison to System Shock 2 that I've read a few times, more like chalk and cheese. System Shock 2 was a far more interesting game and even after 15 years still delivers more than this. As a fan of the Alien films, still worth a play, but a steam sales job.

I'll pick up steam sales. Looks ok.

A sense of humour mod required.
