Hey,

My PC seems to be turning itself off and then coming back on again after a few seconds. This doesn't happen regularly, but it seems to happen after my PC has been on for a prolonged period. I'm talking about five hours or so. It only seems to happen once as well and then not again for quite a long time.

I was thinking it may be my power supply as I have now had it for quite a while. However, wouldn't it be more frequent if this was the case?

There is no blue screen or error message, it just turns off like I have switched the power button. Then the PC comes back on again automatically.

Maybe overheating? My PC is fairly clean as I maintain it so it can't be dust build up causing it.

Any ideas on what is causing it?

Thanks

If it's as good as Blood Money or better, I'll be buying it whether it is episodic or not.

I like the character creation. All of the soldiers looking similar annoyed me in the first game.

Hey,

Is anyone else using SLI for Rainbow Six Siege?

I have two GTX 970s and I get around 40-50 FPS with max settings and temporal filtering on instead of MSAA at 2560x1440. Can anyone compare with their performance with similar GPUs? Is this about right?

I have noticed the game only reads 4007 MB of my VRAM as well. Is anyone else encountering this? It should be 8192 MB.

Thanks

Your rigs are all so colour coordinated on the inside, I am very jealous. I am going to try and colour coordinate my mouse, keyboard and monitor in my next upgrade, at least. :)

I just got a second Gigabyte GTX 970 Windforce in SLI.

In the next couple of months I am planning to gradually get...

Corsair M65 Mouse

Sennheiser HD 598 Headphones

Sound Blaster Z Sound Card

Red Dragon Keyboard

ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q 1440p 27" 165hz Monitor

@FelipeInside: From what I could tell from the open beta, the shields still held off a lot of stuff thrown at them. Shields can be taken down with teamwork easily though. Which is what this game is encouraging. Take on a shield on your own and you have less chance head on. Not sure about the finished game though, haven't received my code from scan yet.

Jade Empire is Origins next on the house game. I have heard good things about this game. I am definitely going to give it a go.

Got it after purchasing my second GTX 970 for SLI. I am looking forward to it, I enjoyed the beta.

I to would have liked a bit more destructibility. I didn't have much problems with lag in the beta. There were a couple of times where it remained on the matchmaking screen for an age though. I thought it offered more than most shooters do these days. I don't play many shooters, only RO2 really that I have enjoyed consistently in the past few years. I do plan on playing this.

Eh, the visuals were probably the best part of that game when it first released. The rest of it was dire. Why remaster it?
