Man, Blizzard really loves sucking themselves off. Sad thing is the amount of people who praise Blizzard for making mediocre games. It's like people who buy iPhones every year.
@wrestlingdude: All these launch issues was multiplayer/servers, nothing to do with the game itself. For example, the single player campaigns (where applicable) where fine. This is nothing more than self important pro league online wannabes whining because they can't "pwn sum n00bz", so blame the game as a whole.
@xnshd: Comparing sales of a game that was released on a single platform, to later games that were released on all platforms, is a pretty retarded logic. Specially seeing as multiplayer gaming also increased over those said same years as the internet went from dial-up to cable. There is more at play here than just simple numbers, your point is mute. Where something started is what "back to its roots" means, again, you are showing a level of retardation that comes with your sort of self important "gamer". Seeing as WW2 is where CoD started, that is its roots. Do you know what a root is? Like a trees roots for example. If a tree went back to its roots it wouldn't stop at the bark.
This is fun, reading people who ever never played it saying its crap, and also seeing people make a slight launch error 10000% times worse simply because its CoD, when any other game with launch errors gets a "ah well, it will be ok soon". The self important cry baby gamers of this generation make me laugh, its enjoyable.
@Jazz_28: Im confused as to what you were expecting from a historical battle. D-Day is gonna be D-Day no matter what its on. What creativity and originality did you want from it? Dinosaurs with lazers?
@legendaryh1tman: Sounds like Overwatch...and Counter-Strike....and all the other most played FPS's in history. Also CoD does have a lean mechanic, you just gotta aim while at a corner or below cover.
@renfairreject: I work on an oil rig and don't have the luxury of always being on Gamespot. I read what you said, and your "kiddo" comment is about as good as triggered fanboy. But then again, kiddo is the sorta thing a triggered fanboy would say.
@renfairreject: The triggered fanboy alarm is ringing loud. Plus how can somebody suck at Destiny? Oh right, "stop sucking" is just a classic try hard comment from the triggered fanboys. Theres a real triggered fanboy theme starting to emerge here, isnt there triggered fanboy? Anyway, since your last triggered fanboy comment, I finally got round to finishing the raid, which was actually pretty good. So at least Destiny 2 has something good, minus its triggered fanboys.
