I play on a 47 inch Vizio GV47 Gallevia Series 1080p LCD, $999 from tigerdirect pretty happy with it so far no more ghosting or burn in like on my old 42 inch vizio 720/1080i plasma. but definately not the same quality in deep blacks or color saturation. id say, stick with LCD for gaming, go with Plasma for movies/tv

i was surprised they didnt name halo game of the year, not because it deserves it, but because spiketv usually picks the most popular game at the time to please the masses. its politics mate.

lately i have been lookin at new recievers and amplifiers for my home audio, Denon's and Bose are too spendy, and dont want to blow 400 bucks on a philips system thats just going to sound like $h*t right out of the box, maybe something with an up-convert dvd player, but im pretty sure on an OPPO for that, so any way, any suggestions for a cheaper, but still higher quality sounding Home Theater System?
