You should not be banned for quitting these matches. Two minutes matches become over five minutes and my bans have already stacked up to 20 minute penalties. Pathetic.
You get bans? I haven't played For Glory at all, so I'm not quite sure how banning works.
For Fun or For Glory, you get penalized for quitting either.
