@ZombieVirolina: There isn't really much to sell. The thing is what it is. If you're into remote play, it's a good solution. It's better than a phone clip or backbone, but costs more.
I'd rather pay $200 for a dedicated device with a dualsense controller than $100 for a 3rd party solution with a smaller screen. Or a phone clip where I have to constantly re-pair one of my controllers, have a weird balance and... still smaller screen.
If remote play doesn't sound appealing to you, though, this device probably won't change your mind.
@chriss_m: Understandable-it doesn't do you much good if the quality is bad. I haven't had any issues with it, but I haven't had issues with remote play on other devices either so I haven't had the issue. I've got the ps5 wired and a wifi 6 router, so I'm probably closer to having an ideal set up for this than others.
@GalvatronType_R: So... what's worse, using a streaming device to play games when your TV is in use or your wife wants you to sit with her through yet another Hallmark movie, or making some weird value judgment about people who use a device you don't personally have a use for? People are strangely hostile about this device.
I mean, I got one and use it. It does what it says it does, and it's in general the best way to do it.
But yeah, if you're expecting something else, there are no frills. It's a dedicated streaming device with a good sized screen shoved in the middle of a fully featured dualsense controller.
If that doesn't sound like something that would be useful in your life, it probably isn't. In my case, it is.
