Why do people always assume that all PC gamers play only games like GTA ?

I play mostly RPGs, RTSs and online games. And some FPSs..Metro etc.

The expansion for Enemy Unknown is more exciting news for me then GTA V.

I do hope my fellow PCers get to play GTA V soon..but for me it's a sale purchase only.

I don't even sit when PC gaming.

I lay down in bed ( spinal injury ) mouse on one side and G13 Speedpad on the other.

Use a 42" HD TV as my monitor ( at end of bed )

Gaming bliss...

I would buy a console ( for exclusives and as mini PC when I'm at the hospital etc ) but I can not use a controller to save my life. And I have had expert coaching ( my 2 boys )

Also holding the controller the the way you do really bothers my back...I feel scrunched up. Tense.

I have a good lap top also...but lap tops are not that great for gaming.

So if they did allow it ( mouse / KB support ) I would buy a console...

Even being a PC only gamer that doesn't sound fair or right to me.

Hopefully for you console dudes and dudettes they will not take 10 years to make a new console or at least give the option to upgrade.

10 years is a long time in the tech world.

I'd buy a console myself ( for exclusives ) but I can't use a controller to save my life..and I've tried. Even when not gaming my right palm is curved like I'm a holding my mouse.

16 buttons...half are accessible without lifting your fingers from the track pad.

Huh ?

When I game I may take my hand off my speed pad but never my mouse. That Rat is super glued to my hand.

So if I take a finger off the thumb pad, I'm literally giving up mouse control ? Even a second may spell death in the games I play.

And most RTSs need way more then 16 buttons...I wonder if you can macro ?

There goes another 100 hours of my life.

We need better optimized games not new video cards.

I don't want a super computer video card.

I want better optimized games.

Better to get rid of the suits. ( CEOs, management )

No many people realize that one of the reasons for the high cost of new games has a lot to do with the outrageous salaries that the suits make.

Better optimization or new Porsche..hmmm ?

I just did it because he was blocking the way.

Beyond that..pfff...never gave it a second thought.

Thought the game itself was only average though , except the visuals.
