@The_Mystery_Box its funny when someone like @billlabowski says that computers are better than gaming consoles... Dude, you forget that you are comparing apples to oranges??

Yea, PC's have more Power than a gaming console, but there are reasons you would need all that extra power on a PC, not including running your OS, but the background services, and applications and services they need to run, this all adds up. And thats not taking into consideration that the program you are running may be system resource intensive, AND possible mulit-tasking!

Game consoles do one thing and one thing only. Play games. They may be able to do more than the older gen consoles, but they have what they need for the job. no more, no less.

And graphic-wise, consoles are nearly identical. (with some very minor exceptions)

So don't hate on consoles if you don't have all the facts straight.

@Goobshoeriot Just a side note for everyone to think about, since when has any gamer out there tried to get "free games" through their friends via Digital Transfers?

Sad thing is, if microsoft is worried about piracy of their games and thats why they wanna go digital, thats not gonna help. there's always going to be a hacker, or pirate that figures out how to steal the games no matter what.

Hard copies I think are better cause what happens if microsoft get hacked like sony did? what if you lose all your game purchases? No hard copy, ur outa luck!

@agent2112 @valknight @Ninja_Danny I wouldn't consider a gaming console a "toy" just as I wouldn't call my gaming laptop a toy either. It's mostly what its used for.

@grove12345 @valknight I would be careful about talking about that sort of thing, it could get you banned. Mod's don't like talk of the pirating kind... *cough cough *

Just some friendly advice.

@valknight well games like FF6 are going to be more difficult to get on Nintendo, since they can be exclusive games for specific systems.

But I do agree it would be nice to bring back the old games to enjoy.

@valknight There is a lot of reprogramming involved with "Rebooting" older games to work on the newer systems. It seems logical that Nintendo is starting with the simplest systems first then moving to next gen games. All things take time, eventually they will release new "Reboots" of old games.

Be patient.

@DrKill09 They will in time, all game companies will take some time to get games out for new systems, they want to see how sales do first before they push out new games, this is basic marketing strategies that prevent a company making games for a console that doesn't sell well, and end up loosing capital.

@Redsyrup The games you downloaded are saved to your account, when you do a system transfer all information including purchases will be transferred to the new system.

Keep in mind that game data is saved on the SD Card.
