Did the xbox being more powerful than the PS2 ever limit it? No. The PS2 version would always just be optimised to run on that console, at the cost of a little graphical shine here or there. Please dont claim PS3 games are suffering because of the 360, when the difference between the two in terms of power is even smaller than that of the PS2 and xbox last gen.

I happily laughed at microsoft when their machine red-ringed. Embarrassing or what? But this is just kotaku trying to be cool with "look, another one rofl!" It's clearly just a bad disc. The 'box is running right there, perfectly fine.

Well there's Fable 2, GTAIV, Too Human, Ninja Gaiden 2 and Gears of War 2 all releasing this year. I think 360 owners can safely say that the "bad 08" arguement is officially dead.
