I've re-thought a few things I said and I think mainly wishing for the next game and the ones afterwards to be open-world was just wishful thinking. I think realistically, each game will continue to have more of the same linear areas as the first game to keep consistency. Especially if they are broken down into shorter parts so they try to come out with more games faster (like say five).

I can see where you are coming from because you aren't completely wrong on a few points but a score as low as 1 out of 10 are for games that are the absolute worst ever produced which are nearly unplayable with a bunch of glitches and bugs like Big Rigs Over the Road Racing. I'd recommend uping the score a bit if you want anyone to take what you had to say seriously. You can hate the game personally all you want but can't let that get in the way of how a game is rated as a working product. It boggles my mind how many people don't know how to properly review.

@nicosf: Agreed. I've seen ten second thread responses with more content.

Over-scored here. A good game yes that will please fans but it's basically one 3rd of the original story and it did nothing to make it a ground breaking game or RPG as a whole like the original did back in 97. 8/10 is the general consensus for most reviewers.

At least Peter didn’t review this. Remember how much points he knocked off for the Nsane Trilogy because it was “too hard”.

Every store in my area is out of the gamecube controller ports. It's crazy. I cannot play Smash with the Switch controller. It's insane.

@Gelugon_baat: You want me to go more in-depth? I'd be glad to. In Super Mario 64, the camera was a constant thing that needed to be adjusted every 30 seconds or so, it was like I could never get the perfect angle. I preferred Crash's which was fixed where I didn't have to worry about controlling the camera at all. Now I'm not saying Crash's was all that great, (Super Mario Sunshine is an example of a much better camera) but I would take a fixed camera over a game where I had to move the camera constantly because it was never at the angle I wanted and perhaps this is comparing apples and oranges since one was 3-D while the other was more of a side scroller but for me Crash's camera never got in the way or made my playing experience frustrating. To each of his own. And FYI, I don't even acknowledge The Wrath of Cortex's existence.
