You have the passion of a holy crusader heh

STALKER 's atmosphere was so deep that you dont get to complain about bugs . Sorry to tell you , patches are being released all the time for every little game there is what's wrong with you ? What's so wrong with this game that you want to boycott it?

Is it because the "Ruskies" (or "commies") made it? I hope not .

It was their first game you silly boy , and what a game it was . How many STALKERs have you played recently ? If your answer is "Half Life 2" i will just ignore you and pretend this topic was never here .

Oh , and by the way , to show my education and stuff : STFU N00B OMFG LOLzz

29 here , been playing since 6-7 years old but I became a full time heavy pc gamer at the age of 19 .

Between 19 and 28 I could play for 12 hours straight , but the last 2 years my job prevents that :( :(

Play both , settle for nothing less.

If you have to decide between the two , just PLAY BOTH !

The Sims 2 was the longest for me. I believe I started at around 6 one night and didn't stop until around 8 the next morning. The next had to have been when a friend and I played the Fatal Frame series for about the same amount of time. I still love having all night gaming sessions!

I wish I had time for all night gaming sessions ! I LOVED them !

My "record" was with Gothic 2 , 18 hours in a row , I remember I went to bed and couldn't sleep because I was thinking the game . I was so obsessed that after losing my sleep I was going up and continue playing until my head was so screwed I couldn't see clearly .Aaaaaaaaah the times...

I don't expect the young gamers who only care about graphics to like the series , I can understand them . And , beyond that , you have to be extremely patient with the games if you decide to play them now . Not only are the graphics outdated , but so is the storytelling . You have to read a lot of text ,guys , so be prepared . I remember back in the day , the cutscene in each game ,not only Fallout , was a sacred moment that u actually could see nice quality textures and music . ( It may be older but I will never forget the Eye of the Beholder 2 intro ,never , until the day I die )

Other than that , I strongly believe that a teenage gamer today ,even if he ignores the technical difficulties and see the core of these games , will not declare Fallout series the best games ever made . I have a feeling that only older ppl who played the games for the first time when they got out believe that the series is the best ,simply because    :1. We were younger , 2. We hadn't seen anything like that before ( have in mind the number of games that stole ideas from Fallout or ripped it off even . The feeling of originality is lost . I hope you know what I mean , English is not my native language ) and quite possibly the strongest reason ..: 3 . Even if Ron Pearlman's lines in the intros and the quote "War....War never changes " is surely ( I can't find the right word ) the best in the "intro history "  we have seen many many spectacular intros and cutscenes since then . The feeling you get when you watch these videos 10 years ago cannot be described .

I hope you get my meaning , I really do . Thank you .
