It's a proof of concept; they're testing the waters of a proper online download release, to see how it sells, and what critical response it achieves. iPod Touch and iPhone's App Store digital distribution has possibly shown the way forward, and certainly shown it can be done. Sony are stepping up to the game ^_^
So it's the choice between a PSP and a DSi. But the thing is, I love, perhaps too much, JRPGs. Stats. Level-ups. Rolling fields. Reams of story to read. Characters who might actually develop depth. So for which games should I buy a PSP?
E3 is but a month away, and there are considerable rumours about a new generation of the plaftorm coming. But I have yet to play the good PSP games; Crisis Core, GoW, and pretty much everything released since early 2008; I've had several PSPs but sold them... Is it worth getting a PSP for these NOW, or at least waiting the month for E3? Dilemma!
Dear 360 fans and owners, I'm going to get a 360 pretty soon - partially for Halo, and partially because I just want a good console (as well as my Wii)! Please be really kind and answer my n00by questions!! 1) What good games should I consider (I like RPG, FPS, Action-Adventure - lots but NOT sport or racing...) 2) Which version should I get? (I will be wanting to do up to 1080p easily if poss. Is that easy?) 3) Should I get Xbox live or any accessories straight away? Thanks for your help!!! NextGenAdam.
I am dissapointed in the low score Gamespot.com gave TP. However, I am reassured by all the other sites who gave it 90% and plus, and I am more dissapointed in Jeff giving it a low score. For goodness sake he rated it lower than he rated Wind Waker: Who assigned a blatant Lemming (M$ fanboy) to review Nintendo's seminal game? Although I will reserve judgement until I have played Twilight Princess, I am considering stopping using gamespot as a consequence of a plethora of problems which I won't list as I don't want to turn this into a rant at anything other than Jeff, who is, to be perfectly honest, quite solely responsible.
