If you have played the other Mass Effect titles then there's no choice but to go with Mass Effect 3. It's the best of the series (ending complaints aside from many people). The level design, combat, stat system and hell, almost all of it, is the best that the series has ever seen.

As far as WRPG goes it's a tie between Mass Effect and The Witcher 2. ME as a whole is greater, but Witcher 2 individually is the best I've played this gen.

Vita: Ys: Memories of Celceta

iPhone: Final Fantasy V (and if I beat it quickly enough and FFVI releases I'll get that)

Wii: The Last Story and if I beat it this year, Xenoblade Chronicles will follow

PC: Going through DmC right now (it's not good) and I'll likely go through whatever else I see in my library that I haven't played.

I haven't started Xenoblade yet. I started with The Last Story. Main reason being its shorter. I'll start Xenoblade once I finish The Last Story, but I'm about two hours into that one and enjoying it as well.

Yeah except it was always multiplat.
