All I can say is I've known a few gay couples with kids, and they were all terrific parents. Their kids were all well-adjusted and intelligent. Beats the heck out of a lot of hetero parents I can think of....
I dunno, looks a lot like quartz. I wouldn't expect it to have such sharply planed surfaces - the heat of entry usually melts the surface. Then again, I'm not an expert.
Straight up, meteorites aren't particularly THAT rare, so I doubt you'll make serious bucks off it or anything - but hey, I could be wrong. If there's a Geology department at a college campus near you or someone that's a rock hound you should ask them about it.
Participation is better, even though I don't play much either. I do like playing dodgeball with the kids at church, though, so I can smack their little heathen heads cross-eyed. :P
