Chrono Cross OST. I just stumbled upon it yesterday, and I can't believe I wasn't on this earlier.

Black Milk-Tell Em-Halftime-

That's what's up, Black Milk is one of the most underrated beastsmiths in the game. Popular Demand has beats for days.

What I'm listening to: D. Julien - Absolute Perfection

I get a sense of attachment to the games I purchase that often ends up blocking me from trading them in. I've considered trading in some of my less frequented titles on several occasions, but each time I remind myself I paid too much in the first place to give it right back to the retailer and thereby re-feed the juggernaut.

I often re-visit the websites I gathered information from before buying the game to refresh my memory on why I bought it in the first place. It gives me renewed incentive sometimes, and I think it would work for many other gamers, as well. Give it a shot.

'Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction.' I have not played this game more than three times in total. I was a huge fan of the series on the PS2, but I didn't find the innovation in this installment that I did in all the previous ones (minus 'Deadlocked,' which I absolutely could not get into).

I just watched some gameplay footage. The art style is mesmerizing, and there's a lot of room for creative solutions to the levels. I was unaware of this title before, but I'll keep an eye out now.

[QUOTE="yarou1000"][QUOTE="NanakiNebula"][QUOTE="yarou1000"] except for in every other sport... 2k makes terrible baseball and hockey games...

That's certainly true. I was talking about basketball in particular, each installment of their basketball series. In any case, basketball sims are quite difficult to get right, given all the distinct sty*es of all the players in the NBA.

yep 2K is the best basketball franchise atm...

Yeah, I think it has gotten the closest to representing a true NBA experience. Free throw shooting is still something of a hindrance, though. Syncing your motion with each individual player's specific manner of free throw shooting doesn't help the game's pick-up-and-playability. It adds an unwanted wrinkle to a casual game, as I found out last night when playing against my cousins.

[QUOTE="yarou1000"][QUOTE="NanakiNebula"]Yep, I agree. Not much of a challenge in that list. The 2k series has really upped the ante for basketball sims, however. Thank goodness the NBA Live series has been crushed for a while now. Developers like 2k Sports put much more effort into their products than EA does.

Absolute classic. One Be Lo is a force, and this album deserves recognition.
