That won't last. The beauty of college work is that it only takes a few weeks to figure out how to do well in the class while doing the least amount of work. Most professors assign a ton of reading, then they just explain it in class anyway. Skim to get a feel for the material, then listen to get the important points during the lecture. Eventually you'll be able to predict what the professor thinks is important while you skim.
And the first test in any class is the most important. Once you know how the tests are structured, you can seriously cut back on the amount of studying you have to do for the rest of the semester since you'll know what to expect.
But in all this, remember that the easiest way to do well in a class is to essentially forget about the grade; study to learn about the subject, not to get a good grade, and the good grade will follow. It took me until my last semester to realize that.... :(
Sounds like a very good tip. I'm going in for electrical engineering in a year, so I'll need all the help I can get.
Seriously good tip. I dont have as much work as some of you college folk but its a lot for me. Im a junior, thus it is my first years with APs and I have four. Ooof. I have so much work already and it only the second week :(
