I have tried to unsubscribe on my GS newsletter about 10-15 times but it is still coming. Message always says that I have unsubscribed but newsletter is still coming. I have tried to contact GS customer support but it doesn't send my message to GS staff. (or they just don't want to answer) How I can unsubscribe!?

I got my Xbox One today and it has been pain in my ***. Kinect is broken and I have to send it to repairs, It took 15-20min and many tries to get my xbox online (error... error...). My gold account was downgraded to normal account after 2 hours of use. (I contacted to help and I managed to get my gold account back on after a while.) So... not a good start. I pre-ordered this thing over a year ago (couple days ago was release date here in Finland) and this is what I get? I'm afraid what tomorrow will bring.

This has been my worst 1st console day ever. I hope everything will go smoother in the future.

My most wanted car was Redbull X2010 but now that I got it I would say... Ferrari F2007 or F1 '10... I'm only missing about 39 premium cars :)
