@clearvision: one can look down on anybody's hobby and preferences and deem them to be childish, which is quite childish... :D

i would appreciate it more, if the price point were around 40 usd, however if one has not played the original spider man game, 70 bucks does seem to be ok for both of the games...

i reckon i get it when the price drops, anyways i was holding myself back for ghosts of tsushima and tlou 2 for the release of ps5, i can dive into those when the ps5 is released... :D

ok, how about the sales, is the gamer community bigger than it was 15 years ago, or is it 200 - 300% larger than it was before???

on the other hand, a flop is a flop, and no matter how much money you sink into the production, if the game is not good, fun to play, has a mediocre game-loop, the publisher has shady mtx policies, etc., then you lose your investment no matter what...

well, it was the first of its kind and since i do suck at soulsbourne games, i only could finish the first boss...

i am still hesitant to give it another go... :D

well, ms bought zenimax fair and square, and, of course, they are going to use it for console (maybe timed, maybe only xbox and pc) exclusives... it's their right...

however, maybe the execs should climb down from their high horses, where they used to sing songs of idealistic "end exclusives for all gamers" chants...

we'll see how events unfold... :)

@owizeisme1: i come from sinclair zx spectrum era, i am still amazed how far we've come and how far we are pushing the limits with each iteration... :)
