Wow, so laihendi while on the lookout for certain people he can claim to be notable intellectuals found an interview quote from an author who it turns out was being sarcastic, and this one author that he picked out also apparently just happens to browse GameSpot's Off-Topic forum? Talk about bad luck.

The way that most English classes try to teach is pretty effective at sucking whatever fun could possibly be had out of enjoying the books, but thankfully my high school actually had really good English teachers whose teaching methods and attitudes towards the material made it a lot more than just a scavenger hunt for things to put on essays and actually allowed me to enjoy some of the material.

I really liked Of Mice and Men and most of The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (before the book spent like 10 chapters on absolutely nothing happening at the end) . There were a few short stories I really liked as well, like The Scarlet Ibis, How Much Land Does a Man Need, and some others whose titles escape me at the moment.

Yeah, the only real ways to impact your playthrough time in the negative direction for that game are to skip cutscenes and intentionally avoid enemies. Otherwise there's a pretty strict minimum of like 30 hours.

I'm mostly glad. Last episode with the nth Doctor episodes are always pretty good, and I'm sure the new guy will be good, too.

False, all other languages were made up in Hollywood for use in movies. American is the only real language, and all real words come from America.

Basically Resident Evil 4 with better controls, cooler weapons, a completely mental storyline, and tons of crude jokes. I'm enjoying it a lot.
