You gotta be kidding. Silverchair was awesome back then, quintessential 90s rock. Though I admit my original post had an inferior live performance. Here's a studio version. Perhaps you're too young.

Not really. I fit into both of those equally. Whereas I love Silverchair and it totally embodies the 90s, and I cannot even understand how that 5 seconds of summer stuff even exists.

What systems does he have?

PS3, 360, Wii, SNES. He can't play story intensive games because he can't remember anything. He's also dying so he wants to play best games first.

My friend is disabled, he can't push buttons a lot or handle fast action games/adrenaline. What are the best games for him? He loves Peggle, Carcassone, & Walking Dead, but is tired of them.

Nice list! A few of those games are polygons though, at least partly or mostly polygons.

Trust me, none of the screenshots I posted use polygons. They're all 100% sprites and 0% polygons. It's just that the sprite-scaling in some of them were so impressive that they could have been mistaken for early 3D polygons. For example, Virtual Hydlide didn't use any polygons, but it achieved that 3D look by using digitized sprites and then scaling & rotating them in all directions using the Saturn's powerful 2D graphics chip.

Ok. Slipstream and Dark Edge are the ones that looked polgyonal even though they're not, very impressive games.
