mine has to be nfs:mw, purely for the fact that after playing for a while on the 360, i tried to play the ps2 version at a mate's house...wow. The graphical difference was shocking, and i'm not even playing in HD. I will never touch a PS2/XBOX/NGC again and for this reason I sold my PSP, I just couldn't go hack those graphics
Although Oblivion is just full of jaw-dropping moments like seeing the world for the first time, the first fight, meeting a highwayman and having a passer-by join in the fight...too many to list
