I built my system a few months ago and I picked up a Core i5 2310K. Apparently it would've been way better if I'd picked the 2500K for its performance. ??

So if I go for a 2500K, how much performance boost will I get? (I don't overclock) IS IT WORTH IT AT ALL??

My ther system specs if that helps :
Mobo : P8P67 Le
GPU : HD6870
RAM : ADATA 4GB 1600*GS
PSU : Topower 700W
Gaming Resolution : 1400 * 1050

What the heck is the point of waiting for something so demanding that we can't even play in ultra settings unless we get to spend a load of money on a monster rig?

I hope the devs are just messing with our heads :|

HD6870 idles around 38-45 C, depending on your ambient tempreature.

Having your GPU fan on 50 percent would do the trick when it is on full load. It keeps the card around 65 C.
