i agree with all the points of the review, though i feel the score is just a tad low. The soundtrack is great, gameplay is good, story was poopballs though, every mission in the campaign was put ghost in object, defend the position, how could they think that is ok? repetative level design, but its still fun though. 7/10
its not a failure, it just hasn't brought out the big titles everyone is waiting for, i will buy one when smash bros come out and will get the next zelda as well. i wasn't a fan of the wii, and i only rarely played it, but it was defiantly no flop, and i feel it will be the same thing as the wii u. Bring me another star fox and i will shit my pants, i dont think nintendo will bite the dust, but if they dont bring out those few games gamers need, they might be in trouble.
i'm not going to hold anything against Sony right now because the console just came out and there are bound to be problems with servers, however if there are failures within the system then that's not good. i personally think the line up for sony is weak, just my opinion. I plan on getting a ps4 in the near future, but not until i see something by naughty dog or quantic dream.
as for Xbox, i still wish we didn't have to have the kinect, because i will very rarely use it for gaming, but being able to turn the console on by voice i think is pretty cool, and there are some little gimmicks i look forward to using with it, however i dont think that alone justifies the extra $100. Ive got nothing against the kinect, i think its amazing technology and works very well but i prefer my gaming the old fashion way, with a controller. Im sure xbox will have just as many server problems as sony will at launch.
I enjoyed the video over all and i can accept the final verdict, however it makes me a little mad that you had cod and bf tie with graphics. Sure cod ghost actually looks pretty good, but its an indisputable fact that the bf series has always been known for superior graphics, sound design, and map size/ destructibility. I think bf deserves the win, but like i said i enjoyed the video, and im fine with the verdict.
