Paladin Cecil is better for two reasons: 1. Doesn't hurt himslef with his own attacks 2. Has better stats
I will apply because I have good judgement and can tell whats on topic or not. Also, one of the people on my friends list is trying to become leader of a union and he likes to post a lot. So we would get more union activity.
