I just confirmed that all DLC offered pre ordered is in the game, you willl find the items in your inventory, it doesnt inform you on screen but they are in there, jacket, quests and all.

enjoy :)

Half Life is a smart shooter, while Deus Ex is a RPG, with more role-playing depth than Mass Effect games.

teardropmina

noth are very cheap and worth getting and both are smart. deus ex gives you many ways to finish the mission.

also you can pick up the first dues ex on ps2 if you can find one in the bargin bin but both are gems worth getting.

Hi

I notice that on gamespot main page they have a facebook box to click "i like" gamespot, the problem is that when i clear my history and cookies and login or login on my laptop it shows as if i never clicked the like botton, eg does show liked filled in, so i click it again, just wondering why it doesnt remember it? is it facebook side or gamespot.

thanks

Im trying to figure out what an old pc game I played some years ago is named. You just took of from earth in some space ships as the earth was attacked and now your building up on a new planet. Most of the game is RPG kinda style with 3 ad-visors you hire and then there is a little strategic play in building up the planets and sending out spaceships to explore or attack. Think the name was something like Intervention.jacksleo

my first choice would be Galactic civilization

Master of Orion (1993)

Nexus

homeworld

sins of a solar empire

sword of the stars

Hello all

for some reason atari and project red dont auto update the witcher 2, you will have to manually install the patch, i find this strange that it auto downloads the patch but if you notice that in the witcher 2 launcher it says The Witcher 1.2 is ready to install, to find the patch that was downloaded, its in your The Witcher 2 download folder located in your documents, make sure the launcher is closed run the patch and then you will notice that the notice that the notifation will be gone and your game is updated.

the good news is that all DLC that was offered with the pre order of the game is now in the new patch so you get some extra content with the game.

I have no idea why they created a system that allows you to auto download there patches but doesnt follow what knights of th old republic did or neverwinter nights and auto install the patches.

hope this helps everyone.

So steps

1:laucher the game and let it check for updates, if you just installed the game it will download patch 1.2

2: you will noticed at the bottom that it will inform you that Patch 1.2 is ready for install

3: Close the laucher window go to your documents folder and look for The Witcher 2 folder then open it and look for Downloads

4: Double click witcher 1.2 and it will check your insall versions and install the patch

5: enjoy the update and all DLC that is included in the Witcher 2 DLC (info found in support forum to the witcher 2 website)

(NOTE: this is for retail NON steam version of the game)
