@Demonjoe93 Especially considering he thinks that this game lacks features. MvC3 was about as bare bones as it gets. In fact, that was probably THE criticism from the non-fighting game fan community.

{Re: Tekken Developer, Katsuhiro Harada's statement that if Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft joined forces they could create a more innovative console} From a developer's standpoint, I can see why Harada would say that. A developer's goal is to innovate, design, and build. So in his mind, combining all the brightest is the best way to create the most successful console. However, the rule of business (or really, capitalism) would suggest that without competition innovation becomes stagnant. When there is no driving force in the market to beat out a competitor, most businesses are more than content to stick with the status quo. Look at how what's happened with the reduction of publishers and increase of giant mergers that have occurred within the last decade. We are seeing less new IPs and franchises, and more remakes and generic games. If Harada's argument was true, then Activision and EA would be turning out the most innovative games in the industry, and that simply isn't the case, yet both of them are comprised of some of the biggest and best developers around. Go figure.

Don't give up on this one Square!! Acquiring Eidos was one of the smartest things you did. A hell of a lot more gamers will buy Thief 4 over Final Fantasy XIII-3.2 or whatever the hell you have cooked up.

I REALLY don't understand people that make the case that ME3 "shoves" homosexuality in your face. There are maybe a handful of gay characters in the game, and crap-ton who are not. I believe the real world figures are somewhere in the realm of 10% of the population is, in fact, gay If games are aiming for realism, then ME3 in no way exaggerates those statistics. In fact, far less than 10% of the ME universe is gay You have one gay crew member on a ship of probably like 30-40 crewmen. You can't really count the Asari, since they're all women, and their sexuality is explained early in the series. You might not like the term "homophobia" or feel that it accurately describes your feelings towards homosexuality, but let me ask you this: When you think of a gay relationship what do you think of? Two men having sex, right? You probably don't think of a man and woman having sex when you think of a heterosexual couple. People sexualize gay men and women, but don't do the same thing for straight men and women, which makes the argument lopsided. I have friends that are gay and I know that when they are having sexual relations with other men, but I don't visualize that when I talk to them. When I'm hanging out with all of my straight friends, I'm not constantly thinking about them having sex with women. This type of mentality is the one of the ways in which purveyors of homophobia are able to propagate the concept.

Jin Kazama's back, or one of the aliens from District 9?
