My motherboard has EZ Flash 2 and your is an older version so you should contact ASUS support so that they solve your problem.

I have also done that it also works fine.It is better if the file is on the harddisk rather than system downloads it from the internet because if the connection broke there can be some trouble.

yeah usb stick shows up in the bios but ezflash doesnt 'look for' the usb stick

What is your motherboard model?Mine is bit different one in which all the drives ,CD ROM and usb drives are shown and you just select the device and the file to update.The process is quick and it completes in minute or two.

Have you tried the STALKER series? Those seem right up your alley.

Donot rename the file.Insert the usb and then start the PC and press (Alt F2).The usb would appear in the list.The usb flash should only contain the .ROM file.Give it a try and tell if the problem got solved.

Try another USB

my motherboard supports the first ez flash and i put the rom file in a usb stick , tried a fat and a fat32 usb but when i enter the ezflash with alt+f2 on bios page it is like:

looking for floopy

looking for cd-rom

it goes forever like this , doesnt look for the usb stick.. what am i doing wrong? thanks

The method works perfectly I have used it myself.

The game would work but no one can give you a clear picture before the game is released.

Have you played any other game with the same minimum processor requirement?If that game worked fine then this would also work.
