I've been out of the mix when it comes to shooters and am looking to get past my distaste for first person games. Played a couple of demos but am curious as to what the masses think are the best shooters to pick up for someone re-entering the FPS genre. Any and all suggestions are appreciated in advance.

Now that the PSN is back up for online gaming, has anyone had an opportunity to play Portal 2 online with PC players through Steam? If so, what's your impression on it? Does Steam work well through the PS3? Let me know, picking up the game this weekend hopefully.

I was searching for reviews on the Kinect today, as I realized that the device is due out in a little over 2 weeks. I found it strange that so far no one has put out anything about it. I know Sony asked that the media hold their reviews until about 2 weeks before launch, and I was thinking Microsoft would do the same thing. That was, until I saw this article:

I found it very interesting, considering Microsoft is dumping 500 million on advertising and promotions for the device. What do you think? Is Microsoft trying to keep people from hearing bad things about the device?

I've had my PS3 for about half a year now and I realized something, I HAVE NO RPGs!!!!! I'm a big RPG fan and was wondering what are some of the RPGs on PS3 that you think I should buy? Which games should I avoid at all cost?

I will more than likely get the new subscription service by this weekend when I get paid, but I was wondering what the verdict was from people who have it already? I saw the introductory lineup they have and it's so so, but was wondering is there anymore hidden gems after you activate the subscription? Let me know what you guys out there think.

Was looking to buy someone close to me a PSP but I'm not sure what is the big differences, and more importantly, the advantages and/or disadvantages when comparing the original PSP and the PSP Go. Could someone please give me a breakdown and suggestions on which way to go?
