@Saketume Agreed, always annoys me when people give F2P games a 10, "because it's FREE!". Games that costs more often get higher scores, games that costs less often get lower scores. They are cheaper for a reason.

That said, there are of course some games that are both cheap and great, that deserves the high score that they get. This game is not one of them.

Okay, so it looks like it might build upon the only decent part of AC3... but why is this even called Assassin's Creed anymore? They show him stab one guy in the back in a very non-discreet manner in the end, and that's it. A token assassination, in what otherwise appears to be a pirate action adventure game. Why not just make a new IP based on pirates (maybe as an rpg even?) and keep the AC series about... you know, ASSASSINS!?

@branin05 It was the ONLY interest section of AC3, the rest of the game practically put me to sleep!

Crysis 3 is a massive disappointment in the campaign department. It took me less than 5 hours to play through it on veteran difficulty, mostly using stealth and doing the nanomodule challenges. And those weren't even that good a 5 hours. Aside from being pretty, it was actually rather boring in a lot of places, and the story is so forced and hamfisted that it just became silly instead of emotional. And the AI was awful, the first game was miles ahead, and actually gave you a fair challenge. Fortunately the MP is better, so I didn't waste my money at least.

Ah, Peter Stormare, still haven't done a single sane role in his life. Let's hope it never changes!

After being extremely pissed about the previous endings, all I can say is:

"Meh, good enough"

Bravo, BioWare, bravo...

Well... wow, actually! I was expecting Black Ops II to just follow the first one like the MW series has done, but this actually almost looks... new! Apart from the reused graphics engine ofc, but I can live with that if I get a new setting that doesn't feel like a complete rehash of the previous games. Now, bring back the dedicated servers and fix the weapon balance, and I'll actually buy this!

Is it just me, or is pretty much every one in the article a complete moron, bashing the fan outrage? It seems no one other than the actual fans and reviewers not bathing in money from EA are able to see why the hell the ending to ME3 is the travesty it is... and there I guess I just answered my own question. But seriously, none of these people even mention the fact that nothing about ME3's ending is even close to what was promised to us, that is was completely false advertisement. Also, people have even found the script and cut dialogue for the original ending, the only reason we have the sh*t ending we have now is because they ran out of time/money to fix it properly! Artistic integrity my a**!

I honestly can't for the life of me see why anyone would really prefer a console before a PC. The argument "I prefer a controller" is moot because you plug them in and play on the pc just like a console, but with better graphics and performance. Or "I like to play in the couch with my friends", when you can simply hook your PC to the TV and play that way. The only thing consoles have going for them is being cheaper, and seeing as you can use your PC for many other things besides gaming as well just puts it way over the top in usefulness. So by putting down some extra cash, you not only get a superior gaming platform, but you get a workspace, media storage, and entertainment centre on top of that, without having to pay for any subscription fees like Xbox Live Gold. PC Gaming forever!
