@tommynj Is it really? I never thought the size of a game had anything to do with "bad programming". I kind of assumed that since this is next gen games are taking a step up so that would mean games get bigger... right?
I don't think I'll be buying this one off PSN... I mean 50 gigs... Wow... Although the lazy advantage of not having to swap discs almost makes it worth the trouble.
@skippert I find "Millions" (Meaning more than one million) of Leechers on a console torrent very hard to believe. Despite the fact that it is GTA5... But i'll give you the benefit of the doubt. That is pretty insane.
@Hurvl @Lu_Shen Maybe so but think about it... Were game developers doing these kickstarter campaigns 4 years ago? This kickstarter thing was unheard of until... What - 2012 I think? They weren't asking for money. Now every 2 months you have someone "asking" for money to get a game started. These are definitely troubling times, man...
Such a shame... I never thought I would ever live to see the day where game developers are practically begging for money to make a game, but I suppose anything is possible.
@BigRockyOyster I wouldn't go as far as to say I want PC gaming to go away. I just wish there was a way to stop pirating so developers won't have to feel so concerned about sales. However at this point, I honestly believe that pirating will never be stopped. I mean just look at all the attempts (Starforce, etc), but all protections have been bypassed. The only one that seems to work is DRM, but that requires you to be connected to the internet to even play the game and most people hate that idea.
