It has been a few years since I built my PC and I am planning on building one for my girlfriend and myself when I go to her house. I want it to pretty much hold up very well in 1080 seeing as that is the monitor I will probably go with, but I will get a 4k TV next year so there is always that. It will be used for playing games, video editing, and everything else. I was wanting some help on the parts to get. Here is what I think will be well so far. My price range is roughly $1500 for everything and seeing as I work at Best Buy I can get a nice deal on most of them. i'll also need a good amount of space for all of the videos we will be editing and keeping. We record our game play and since I got the new Gopro 4 I have been filming a lot in 4k which eats up space.

GPU: GTX 970 (Not sure which brand)

Processor: i7-4790k

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16g (not sure on how much I need)

HDD: Segate Baracuda 2T (I'll add an SSD later)

Motherboard: Gigabyte LGA 1150 GA-H97 (unless there is a better one)

Keyboard: Logitech G510 (The one I have)

Monitor: Not sure. A 23 inch IPS monitor would be ideal, but there are so many out there to choose from. Any suggestions?

PSU: Corsair CX 750 (Not sure if I need more power with this setup)

Case: Probably a HAF XM Midtower case. No need for a full I think.)

Mouse: Already has one

Headset: Already has one

Any changes let me know!

Hey all, I am currently working on my Master's Degree in Homeland Security and I was thinking about doing my thesis on cyberterrorism and the effects it has on the infrastructure of the country. I also want to do my dissertation on the same subject, but do more research on how to stop it. The only way to truly know how to stop something is to know how it begins. I have a contact in Homeland Security who can set me up with one of their cyberterrorism people and help show me the ropes, but I was wondering where to look for information providing hacking and basic beginner tools. I am not looking to hack into peoples accounts, just want to know the ways people do so I can become more familiar with how to stop the process. Any tips or books I should check out? Thanks.

If this belongs somewhere else just let me know.

Let's say you get the PS4, and you realize when you get it people are paying $800 for it on Ebay, would you sell? How much would it take to have you part with it at launch?

I might have to grab another pair then. Anyone know of an online site where they are cheaper than retail? I tried Amazon, but they are still expensive.

Depends where it happened. If it were south of the lake, in Orleans Parish, I can see that sentence. You could plea down to forcible rape or simple rape.

In Louisiana that would be aggravated rape which holds a life sentence without parole or death.

I wear them a little below my belly button. They are made to sit there anyways.

Hey everyone, I am in law enforcement and love these sunglasses, but with this profession sunglasses can break or be lost easily. I do not have $200 to buy a new pair every six months or so. Does anyone have a good option for some that are like these but cheaper? I like the metal frame and how they look.
