@XxParasite: You're thinking of the Wii version of TP though, which is flipped, while the Gamecube version is the correct orientation, so the Eldin Desert IS in the west, which means it's the same desert. About the Lanayru Desert, you do know that when you activate the Time Stones you're going back in time, not forward, right?
@otakuoppai: The problem is that they keep making each iteration of Hyrule different from each other. In OoT and TP Kakariko Village is to the east of Hyrule Castle nestled at the base of Death Mountain, while in others, like LTTP and LBW it is far to the west, just north of Gerudo/Eldin/Lanayru Desert. Not to mention they keep moving the Temple of Time from place to place, asnd the Master Sword's pedestal. And like I mentioned about the Desert, they keep renaming things, adding new places that weren't there before, removing other places that were, it's a wonder they can keep claiming it's the same world. I get they want to give players a different experience with each game, but if each game is going to take place in the same place there needs to be some sort of consistency to the world's layout.
This looks great, I just want to know when it takes place in the timeline. I figured Nintendo's next console Zelda title would be a sequel to Skyward Sword, and the "untamed wilderness" theme of this game seems to support that, so I hope that's what this is.
I know they said it's a new story and everything, but at the end of the original it is discovered that the "Endless Ocean" with the Bionis and the Mechonis is just "our" universe recreated in the imagings of a madman. and supposedly Shulk has the Universe recreated back the way it was, with the world they lived on still included. So, maybe there's a chance that this new game could possibly tie-in with the previous one, maybe Mira is the name that the planet of the Bionis and Mechonis has taken, now being just a part of the universe rather than being the entire universe.
@Canadian-Fury They've got a start on that already.. KH 1.5 has Kingdom Hearts I Final Mix in HD, along with Chain of Memories and full cinematic scenes telling the complete story of 358/2 Days, both in HD as well. I've also heard rumors of a KH 2.5, featuring HD versions of the remaining games, including 2, all in HD, though it will probably be just cinematic scenes for Coded and DDD.
@firedragons5253 It tends to be difficult on small video's like this to see things in HD, but you're right. All we know now is that the games have been reformatted to widescreen, which I hope they didn't accomplish by cropping the top and bottom of the images like they did for the Orange Box releases of Dragonball Z
@Corin_Rukia Ok, I knew it looked familiar, but it's been a while since I played BBS, and even then, it only had a little bit of screen time. Also, I think we both know it's appearance signifies both events A: because Aqua has to come back for it to even be in the realm of light in the first place(and since this is the last game is the Xehanort Saga, that has to happen here) and B: It's a Masters Only Keyblade, and the fact that Sora is holding it at all means the Keyblade has recognized him as a Master. Although, considering how these things work, that probably won't happen until the end of the game, and even then, not until after Kairi completes her Mark of Mastery Exam :D
