Hi. I feel kind of dumb asking this but can you sell used pc games with serial numbers? I uninstalled the games and removed all files of the game and want to sell them. Thanks in advance.

before you get bombarded with hate, I'd like to say that I personally LOVE both games, and Dark Souls is more of the traditional RPG and Skyrim is more modern, both fantastic, and this is a good post.

I've been finding myself for the last 4 years now buying a game or renting and immediately looking at the achievements and playing the game trying to get them. But what I didn't realize was I missing out on the point; fun. When you're playing a game where the achievement is to never die you find yourself playing through the game and when you die, BAM! You're mad - no achievement. So what do we do? We restart. And even though we are redoing virtually everything we just did, we don't care cuz we want these 'magical virtual' essentially nothing points. Why? Cuz we want to beat our friends out?

We are ruining the games for ourselves.. don't you see? We no longer play to play.. we play to go after awards. What fun is that? For instance: Last gen.. there were no achievements. So what did we do? We played games and had fun. Cuz that's all that they were. Fun. Now I do realize the positive side of achievements/trophies like bragging rights, accomplishment, and making a game re-playable but weren't fun games replayable any way? To me it's just an annoying thing in the way. I admit that I was VERY obsessed at a time with collecting achievements and spending countless hours going after them but in the end I mostly regret it cuz I missed out on just playing the game through the first time just for fun.

Your thoughts?

Every Single-player game should have a lengthly campaign (like half-life 2/elderscrolls) like you said. But what most games lack is that they are either too short or they ARE long but don't have very much re-playability due to lack of a good story or RPG elements. RPG elements like in the upcoming game Dues Ex: Revolution. I'd hope that is long, length makes a game BETER, but like I said, only if it's good to the core.

Here's my situation.. I currently have an Xbox-360. I originally bought it just for Halo3 and then my game collection grew.

I have about 17 games right now.
I've had the Red Ring of Death
and have had to buy a second Xbox..

I've seen the E3s and I think that the PS3 is much better..

free online
better games
better value

So I just wanted to know some more good reasons to buy a PS3 cuz i'm still debating it.

I admit i'll miss Halo but idk.

What is a better value with 150 points? The Santa Costume set or the Halloween (scary) set? I'm only getting one.

but there is proof. thats about as much proof as u have from scientists.

just becuz they tought it in ur public schools doesn't mean it's true.

honestly if u can't feel God and can't feel that hes here... then i'm sorry.. everyone gets a chance. And u get to deny it or accept it. thats your choice to make.

seeing isn't believeing

and it takes faith

and sometimes i even have doubts but thats how believeing works. believing in something u don't see. i understand that can be hard...

but it seems i can't get through to you. so the topics over..
