@santinegrete: It is technically possible. Cross play support has been added to games in the past. Like Need for Speed Heat for example.
Predator Hunting Grounds didnt have it at launch, however devs stated it was coming.
I am pretty sure the issue here is Sony wanting to charge the devs/publishers a fee (basically a punishment) to allow cross platform play. Sony have been against cross platform play damn near the entire time.
I hope cross platform play is considered post launch.
1. As if the evidence would be released if so. No that is deemed a potential high national security threat, as it would incite riots. Those asking how so, why has it been classified this whole time?
2. No concrete evidence points to alien life. However mathematical speaking the probability for alien life existing is EXTREMELY HIGH. The same cannot sincerely be said about any of humanity's gods. (No probability in that regard)
3. Probability of aliens reaching Earth is considerably lower than them existing. The probabilty that they have already reached Earth at/before this point is drastically even lower.
4. If we just so happen to encounter intelligent alien life, there is a high probability that it will not be pretty, and it will not be a friendly coexistance. Chances are we will be viewed as a resource (slaves, food, fuel etc) or we will be viewed as a barrier to the resources they seek.
5. Like any of this shit matters. There are no saviors for us beyond the clouds, and chances are just more adversaries.

When people posts hypotheticals like this I really dont give a shit about their opinion.
