A game for the low-specs crowd. Upsetting that there isn't much improvement in graphics or physics in 8 years since CS GO or even 16 years since CS S (Source has more interactive objects than GO). At least the tickrate will be 128 instead of 64. Apex Legends runs at a dismal server tickrate of 20...
We are finally getting a FPS which takes the genre to a new level instead of just offering similar experiences with improved graphics (and microtransactions)! Thanks, Valve. I've been long waiting for this.
@BassMan: Yeah. It is depressing on how after you spend 1600$ on a PC, you still can't play stupid "exclusives" that are released for a cheap 300$ hardware. I hate it but at the same time, most games I play on my PC aren't on consoles anyway.
I prefer they wait with release to 2021 than go with something that isn't really a true next-gen. The situation is especially problematic with Pro and X now in the market. With let's say 6x the power of a basic PS4, developers couldn't make next-gen games in 2160p. 12x the power is not possible before 2021 but that could indeed be enough for next-gen games in UHD.
@quinnd6: How do you know it was "just a silver PS4 slim with Gran Turismo Sport and the GT logo"? Where did they mention it was what they had shown earlier?
