I much prefer PC gaming; however there is a time and place for console systems. In the end, a PC affords way too many benefits that a console can’t including controls, graphics and upgradeability. As for me PC’s rule, yet the new gen systems are catching up. For now, let’s just say it’s like comparing apples and oranges…

Either make it 100% compatible or go back to the design table and fix it! The last thing we need is a copious amount of patch work to make our favorite games run “correctly”. I hate releases with patches to fix even the simplest of problems…. Not to mention a new version of Direct X which may or may not be compatible with existing video card components? Argh!!!!!

Wow! All the negative hoopla over the upgrade is strange. The reality is that just like chess and checkers the MS game suite has become a main stay for gaming. I second the motion that just because they are old and outdated doesn’t mean they don’t serve a purpose. Sometimes it’s nice to just kick back and play a game of solitaire. Do I think and upgrade or better selection would be nice, sure but please don’t get rid of the old stuff. With that said, I’m really looking forward to the new Chess Titans and Mahjong Titans. Thanks MS for the upgrade!
