[QUOTE="shockwave04"]I haven't had power since thursday night cause of the freezing rain we got then. It was pretty bad lol driving down the road there were trees all over the place it was liked we got bombed.optiow

I know the feeling haha, there's been a snowstorm here for the last few days. Thankfully I only lost power once for about 30 seconds at about 12 AM the other night.

30sec? is that all! I usually lose mine for about a day!

Yeah I was pretty lucky.

It's been snowing here like crazy though... there is like a foot and a half of snow on the ground and we are supposed to get like 10 more cm soon.

Well of course I'd want the game to get finished and actually be GOOD, but the first trailer they released the game looked so cheesy, glitchy and just overall of poor quality. MMO's are not something anyone can just whip up and become instant billionaires from. They should of given the Stargate licence to a GOOD studio with a decent publisher not this jowood crap and make a cool FPS-type game, would be way better than a freakin' mmo where you have to pay $15 a month. Look at how many MMOs fail and get shut down these days, even if this game does launch I guarantee it will be shut down within a year to a year and a half MAX.

If you want a good stargate game try the online trading card game... I don't know if anyone actually still plays it but I tried it out when it was first released and it was actually a pretty fun game.

This game was destined to fail since the start. I honestly called it, just saying. I think this game looks like crap anyways, I say just let it die.

The maskless wraith made me jump the first couple times... seriously haha.

But I liked this episode overall, some good interaction between Todd and John, they seem to be getting even more and more hostile with one another, although it is understandable considering the events that happened during the 2-parter.  It was cool at the end though when Todd said "I will remember this, John Sheppard" and kind of gave him a look then left.  So there is definitely unfinished business between those two.

On the side, I actually thought Todd might actually die in this episode, especially at the end.  I thought maybe they were going to make it so Todd used up all his energy preventing the ship from crashing to save everyone... I actually even thought there may have been some death scene where he mentioned something about being capable of compassion (related to when Keller made that comment to him) but I realized I was looking WAY too far into it.  I'm glad Todd didn't actually die though because he's pretty much my favourite character on the show.

Goa'uld. It's hard to beat the original villains. Pretty much everything about the Goa'uld was spot-on from the beginning. Apophis, Ba'al, Anubis... plus some minor ones, definitely all contributed to some of the most defining moments in Stargate history. Personally I was never that big of a fan of the Ori. I mean they started out pretty cool in season 9 but I think season 10 and the ark of truth weren't really that great with the Ori story as season 9 made it feel like it could of been some pretty epic stuff.

Hmm this is hard. For me it's a toss up between Apophis and Michael. Apophis has generally always been my favourite SG-1 villain, and thus far Michael has been my favourite Atlantis villain. But choosing between both of them is proving to be a difficult task. Obviously Apophis is just a legendary villain on his own terms, but Michael's character was extremely well acted and he was in some of the best episodes of the series too.

Gonna think about tihs one for a bit.

Had to go with Teal'c on this one. Don't get me wrong, I like Ronon, a lot. But Teal'c just seems more reliable and seems to generally have more respect for people. Even if he doesn't really like someone all that much he is better at containing himself... notice how Ronon doesn't respect McKay at all and doesnt' really listen to him or stay with him when it is just them. Teal'c I think would probably find McKay very annoying as well but I think he would show more respect towards him for his intelligence and stuff, although McKay can sometimes just be a complete jerk.

But yeah, gotat go with Teal'c he just seems like a more likable person than Ronon if you met him in person.  Ronon is still a great character though, but he's got a bit too much of that "I don't need help from anyone" and badass 'tude thing going on, a bit much for his own good.

Hopefully it won't mess up his face too badly. Although, not to sound like a jerk or anything because I really don't know Momoa as a person at all, based on how he is portrayed on Stargate I can seem him being the kind of guy who can be kind of a loud mouth/get into some bad situations when heavy drinking is involved.

Although the guy could of just been a nutcase... I guess we won't really know. Regardless of what happened, you don't smash a freaking glass into someone's face, that is just messed up.

Anyway, I agree about the scar making Ronon look tougher, if he has several visible scars after this they may think of something to play off that as a bit of humour, although Momoa might be pretty sensitive to it afterwards... who knows. The only problem I see creating for him is that if they are pretty bad it might lesson the roles he will be able to get as an actor now if he has a bunch of scars all over his face.

Anyway... God of War is a great game, glad to see you are enjoying it.  If you like it a lot by the end you should definitely check out God of War II since it is pretty much better in every conceivable way (no really, this is not an exagerration). God of War II has one of the most epic beginnings ever, it's crazy.

As for me... I've joined shock in the addicted to WoW camp, my friend used a scroll of resurrection on me a couple days ago lol.
