I'm quite the optimist, really, so I always try to look on the bright side of things.
However, there is one thing that's slightly upsetting me: There's this girl that I really, really like. But she's my best friend. I told her anyway, and she said that she didn't feel the same way. I was like ok. But she kept flirting with me (sitting on my lap, linking arms) when she knew how I felt about her, and when she had no interest of a deeper relationship. Then, when I went round her house a few weeks later, she started putting on loads of make up, wearing a revealing dress, all to go onto webcam to some guy that she likes :/ So I texted her when I was drunk having a go at her, and having a go for how she flirts with me. She said that it's just cos she's comfortable around me. So now I feel like I've screwed up our friendship :/
Do it 4 times a week and gradually increase those numbers and yes, you will see an increase in dynamic strength. Just don't confuse strength with size, as this sort of activity will not bulk you up if that's what you're after.alwaysdrunk13
