COD not easy man, that's what noobs say so they can stick to BF or Crisis or some other boring game.Come play COD with me and you'll see how we throw down man, we'll have awesome fun times and laugh even though you'll be in last place, but you'll still be having fun. Unlike the other games IMO. The best online FPS games this gen are
1.COD
2.Killzone
3.Halo Reach

Come on now, there is no denying how easy CoD is. People die in like 3-4 bullets, spawn killing is super easy, plenty of places to clip behind to kill people. I only play CoD when I'm at friend's houses (I took back blops 2 months after it released) and after all that time I still will be at the top of the leaderboard every time.
Currently I am playing BF3 for PC and get owned pretty badly (just started PC gaming a few months ago) and I still have way more fun because of how intense it gets
So? How does this matter? I don't ever die in CODbecause I'm smooth even when they shoot me with hundred of bullets. I'm just that good! All I do is get my sniper and quick scope and I always wn, when people try to kill me I just throw stungrenade and knife them, than I quick scope and shoot their dead body again. It only looks easy because I make it look easy.
I have Bad Company 2, but I have a hard time getting into it. Technically it's better game (killzone is better technicaly though) and I like destructible stuff, but it's boring to me. I just walk around forever trying to find someone to kill because the maps are too big, and the matches are always full or just about full so what's the issue? And when I die I have to wait again for like 10 seconds and it's so boring. I call it the waiting game. How can I make BF more fun? Because from what I play it's not inense at all, unless you like walking for miles.
This is the crux of it, this is what you get from all serious CoD fans when you ask about Battlefield and they're honest with you. You're right - it's slower paced. Success isn't completely based on twitch skills, but decisions and tactics. The thing is, it's very intense, in it's own way. This is like the arguments your here from people hating on soccer/football - "there's never anything going on, you have to wait forever for a goal - I prefer basketball". But the truth is, the intense rush the players and the crowd get from the important goals when they do come absolutely slays every other faster paced spectator sport.
