Most likely can get it through upgrades. These type of games are well known for upgradeables like higher jumping, double jump, more combos, etc...

This will be no different.

As for the wall running, I can only assume that it would be an unlockable feature. It would explain why there's a section that looks made for that ability in the demo.

Does inclination have any effect whether the pawn will use arrows or not?

Most likely not, because the lore has been "tampered" with to the extent where what we have done in KOTOR 1/2 just don't matter. And the daunting prospect that the decision to be a good sith, should actually be redemption to Jedi status in the world of KOTOR.

Revan has been ruined, to say the least. Without going into too much detail, what you would believe to have been canon, isn't. The Exlie is just as bad as the entire concept of a void in the force.

If you can look past that, and want to focus on indivisual development (i.e. Your created character) then you'd probably like it, considering you can play it for free.

Yes, it is down.

Could be an un-scheduled maintenance, or possibly an error on MS's part. It's not like this has been unheard of. Is it a hack like some troll is spreading? No, at least there is absolutely no evidence proving of the sort.

If you were to "Test Connection", it does say that there is a "Service Alert" which normally falls under the "We did something wrong" category. But, don't believe the trolls spreading "HACKED" rumours, because they have no basis.

It could very well be that MS made an error with the new dashboard update, which may have caused this.

But, so far, no one knows with absoulte certaintity why it's down.

I believe, if I understood correctly, that redeeming and activating the month sub before F2P would gain you access to rewards unobtainable after said date.

Though you would get more from the sub after you have played it for a while, so it's a matter of personal preference.

I agree that Activision are probably the worst company out there at the moment, judging by all of their recent releases. However, this game wouldn't look anything like this had Activision kept it. So I'm glad they finally did something right and gave over their rights to Square Enix.

A squishy standing target is OP? TROLOLOLOLOL-LOLOLOLOLOL

Had you have said an Assassin, Strider or Ranger I would have played along. Seriously, you could have 10 pawns and still be as vulnerable as you are without them. How is a tank gonna stop a Ur-dragon from ruining you? Not saying casters are useless, just not as OP you make them out to be.

How does 10 slots become 6 attribute boosters and 4 novelty? If you add 4 extra slots, people WILL NOT (the part that you cannot comprehend) change the way they see those extra slots, AND WILL opt for extra attribute boosters. You complain about diversity, when in reality there are only so many attributes that actually matter to a specific vocation. Why opt for Arm-Strength if you're a mage? Pawn's don't need the lantern augment, because it doesn't affect anything. You're complaining that people are making the best Pawns, and have made an issue out of nothing.

Maths does not calculate a person's opinion and motives. Why would people change the way they see 10 slots as opposed to 6? Because they're 'extra'? Wrong. They are just another slot, and you're ignorant to not realise that. You would still complain that there isn't enough diversity because people are still after all of the augment boosters and would demand to have every augment available all day long.

I have not said there is absolutely nothing wrong with the game, just with your flawed logic.

Thats not true. Its just basic math that the more open slots people have the more diverse their builds will be. Not to mention the less spots the more the player feels he or she needs to min/max thus using only the 6 "best augments". I am sorry but argument is not valid. Like I said its basic math.

rasputin177

Actually you've pointed out a flaw in your own logic, so you're argument is invalid.

Basic logistics = People choose "optimised" set of 6 augments + 4 augments = "optimised" set of 10 augments

The augments that you couldn't get, you can get. Maxed out strength bonuses but missed out on defense? Well, implementing your suggestion would allow for that and make him a walking tank. 4 extra augments become irrelevant because they become an open augment slot. Why would you choose the lantern augment (novelty use) over a defense boost? What makes you think that an extra slot will change the way people will see that slot?

It does not matter about the min/max because the player will choose the augments that are, in terms of gameplay, better than others so there will be less diversity because everyone can afford the highest strength boost whilst picking up all of the defense augs. You can not add slots to an already existing scheme and expect people to see it differently, and add novelty augments instead of booster augments.

From the sounds of your other arguments, you sound like an ***-hurt Skyrim fan looking for the next mind-dumbing experience. 1 dagger and 1 sword does not equal the best of both weapons, because you've traded in speed, control and damage, all for the sake of the middle ground between the most enclosed area. You won't be able to = parry, roll, double jump and won't be able to attack successfully mounted as you can't control the option to have a dagger or a sword.

If you don't like the Pawns made by the COMMUNITY, take it out on the COMMUNITY! Don't sit there, arms folded, blaming the developer when you can't find someone who wants to put strength bonuses on a mage.

There is nothing that you have suggested, that will even alter the experience nor are they issues. You're making an issue out of nothing.

... Dragon Dogma? I personally, after witnessing some gameplay, would like to seeĀ some elements implemented. Like the use of the climbing mechanic, I would love to see the next Dark Souls to implement the ability to climb up walls, scale rooftops, levitate across gaps, leap across gaps and climb on large scale creatures to attack vital points. Lighting was very effective, with magic, magical arrows and fire all acting as a light source. Everything at night became like the Tomb of the Giants, emphasizing this mechanic. The in-game clock is very well done as well, much better than Skyrim, where sleeping at the inn actually serves a purpose. Going out at night is incredibly risky and dangerous.

I would like to see some of those implemented, perhaps not as they are in Dragon Dogma but maybe more innovative and refined. Dark Souls is an incredible game and Dragon Dogma looks to be an amazing game, and these are just my wishes for the sequel.
