Too many people complaining. If you don't want an XBOX ONE, don't buy it. Your opinion will not effect the millions that have already preordered the system. Just like last generation with the 599.99 Playstation 3.
People are reacting as if Sony did not specifically state that the PS4's architecture will produce higher quality multiplatform titles. I'm just not comfortable with having to deal with yet another Playstation that isn't backwards compatible.
Sony is SMART for naming Killzone 4, "Shadow Fall", because that would urge players to want to play the first 3, which would mean purchasing BOTH a PS2 AND a PS3 to play....lol.
They will most likely use E3 '13 to show off what they ALREADY ANNOUNCED using Nintendo Direct. Why waste money on a huge conference to present what we already have heard months prior to the event? They are actually smart.
...and this is why the Vita is failing. They are trying too hard to make this a "Portable PS3".
....we get the point Sony, the damned this is capable of displaying current-gen graphics and features. Now, focus on games that emphasize the portable experience of the Vita. I didn't purchase a 3DS because it was a portable gamecube. I bought it for having games and features exclusive to handhelds.
This redesign defeats the purpose of having a PS3 that does the same thing. And for Pete's sake drop the price on the memory cards and include some hard drive space...and make the damn system a little smaller. Bring back the analog nubs, those sticks feel uncomfortable after a while.
Well, to be fair, not every sequel doesn't have to be a groundbreaking, 10/10 scoring masterpiece. This is a good score for a series that survived 4 games and counting. Also, they are trying new things for a game that many thought was only hype to advertise XBOX 360 hardware...non-issue.
I love this idea. Like Microsoft Office software, it should be able to be played on up to 3 systems. Which means those three friends get access to the game without the disc. This shouldn't hurt sales at all.
There is 7 billion people in the world and I HIGHLY doubt Sony is expecting each and every one of those people to own an individual copy of the game to worry about sales.
This is probably based on the average load speed of downloaded games, versus the load times of physical copies. If a game is damaged, it would probably be an exception. Sony is smarter than that, lol
